Position Title: Sales Force Effectiveness Manager

Manager: CEE CRM & Data Lead

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyse team performance on multiple quantitative and qualitative KPIs and provides

conclusive reports and recommendations.

  • Implement decisions Increasing the effectiveness of field forces through regular complex analysis,

optimization of business processes, the use of effective tools and techniques to manage SF

  • Implement innovative solutions to maintain and enhance the effectiveness of the sales department

  • Maintain best in class sales team performance tracking – to achieve our commercial objectives

  • Maintain annual and quarterly sales targets setting in close cooperation with Finance Team, Sales and

Marketing Team

  • Determine key metrics for field forces, manage the monitoring system for their effectiveness

  • Daily management of external data suppliers – wholesalers and pharmacy connectors, external auditors

  • Seek innovation in analytical tools and techniques to gain competitive advantage.

  • Pro-actively identify business issues which may benefit the company’s performance through analytical

insight

  • Strong cooperation with: Growth HUB, Performance HUB and Customer HUB

Key Requirements:

  • Excellence in MS Excel

  • BI tool user knowledge

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry,

  • Responsibility and reliability, independence, positive and proactive approach to problem solving

  • High sense of responsibility and autonomy,

  • Proactivity, empathy, and results-oriented,

  • Ability to communicate fluently English.
