Sanofi Group Total Talent Manager, UR, Branding & Diversity Outreach in Bridgewater, New Jersey

JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Head of Talent Management for North America, this key position will work with members of the Total Talent team, business leaders, and HR to focus on creating a dynamic internal marketplace and strengthen the talent pipeline in alignment with the Strategic Workforce Plans (SWP). This will include the development and execution of a broad array of programs that support Sanofi Total Talent, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion including:

  • Work with key Business / HR stakeholders to drive talent pipeline objectives under our “Play to Win” people strategies across the GBU/GFs in the NA Region

  • Lead branding and EVP campaigns internally and externally to drive Sanofi brand awareness and presence across markets

  • Lead vendor management strategies acting as a conduit to; operationalize, measure and report outcomes for early career programs across the enterprise

  • Ensure alignment to Global TA/TM, GBU TM, and Local /Global LD

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute to the transformation of University Relations and the internal marketplace leading the way to operationalize the Total Talent strategies and initiatives around employee branding, University Relations and early career engagement to build the talent pipeline in NA

  • Infuse Sanofi Global Employer Value Proposition into all Total Talent efforts including University & Diversity Outreach to promote Sanofi as an Employer of Choice

  • Design and drive execution of strategies for undergraduate, Graduate, and post-doc hiring, retention, engagement, and conversion in alignment with the UR Strategies and Total Talent priorities and keep internal stakeholders informed. Act as a champion for early career hiring by continuously communicating successes and wins throughout the organization and champion conversion of our interns, co-ops, and post-docs to ensure a true talent pipeline

  • Collaborate with Total Talent, HR, COEs, the GBU/GF’s and external vendors a to ensure a consistent, employee-centered design

  • Utilize various content areas including broad based digital career tools and processes to increase effectiveness including internal career fairs and events, internal brand marketing and EVP that mirror the external candidate experience

  • Proactively generate a continual, diverse pipeline of highly-qualified candidates working closely with our external vendors and internal stakeholders for current and future openings

  • Leverages program management, project management and brand management to drive and deliver outcomes across the GBU/GF’s, and utilize technology solutions to streamline, improve processes and eliminate non-value added work with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Report, analyze and present outcomes and trends and make commendations to stakeholders

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE:

  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing talent strategies that drive business strategy. Has a strong business strategy mindset.

  • Demonstrates success in working effectively at senior management levels to impact and influence decision making.

  • Demonstrates progressive thought-leadership in areas of Total Talent; UR, Branding, TA, TM

  • Establishes credibility throughout the organization and Play to Win behaviors and set an example as a proactive leader who earns respect by demonstrating a sound understanding of business objectives and goals.

  • Presents recommendations and identifies potential roadblocks and opportunities to provide input and solutions.

  • Experience with project management and talent analytics, using data to shape predictive models and influence decisions.

  • Ability to handle ambiguity, pressure and/or confidential situations with ease, professionalism, and savvy

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence others; strong presentation and consultative skills; excellence in building relationships and managing stakeholders are also critical. Strong results orientation and demonstrated success in leading organizational change management projects desired.

  • HRBP, University and/or Diversity Recruitment experience in large global matrixed organization a plus.

  • Utilize technology solutions when possible to streamline processes to maximize the Talent Acquisition Team’s role.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience: 4-6 years of progressive Human Resources and/or Management experience in the context of a matrixed organization. Ability to manage a team effectively and strategic agility to adjust to the global and regional context.

  • Experience recruiting within the medical, life sciences, biotech, pharma, or related industries within a mid to large matrixed organization.

  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems; prior use of Workday a plus.
