Sanofi Group Third Parties Quality Manager - VIE Contract (W/M) in Bridgewater, New Jersey
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Third Parties Quality Manager - VIE Contract (W/M)
Participating in a project to rationalize third parties, from the definition of the Project Charter to the implementation steps; involving the relevant stakeholders from the different entities
For Global-Medical: ensuring the roll out of the Quality Third Parties database supporting both the Medical, Clinical & Country Quality group and stakeholders in the preparation (defining and implementing processes and pre-requisites to roll-out), as well as ongoing support/coaching of the Global Business Units
Performing quality checks and ensuring updates of the database (e.g., by coaching Users, in particular countries)
Developing or reviewing procedures, guidance or work-instructions
Contributing to the evolution of Phenix Quick Test Professional (a Sanofi quality third party tool) and related Business intelligence tools e.g. Business Objects/Clickview
Designing and developing training programs and training material
Developing, implementing or participating in networks across entities within their domain
Providing interface as needed with operational and quality stakeholders at global, regional and local levels
Education: Master degree in life sciences or related field
Experience: experience related to quality, in special third parties quality management and audits; contribution to a worldwide computerized system is a plus; project management experience; understanding of Standard Operating Procedures and training; knowledge of international Good Practices (GxP) regulations, including some knowledge of regulations for computerized systems
Soft skills: open, good listener and positive attitude; ability to understand issues at hand and propose solutions; ability to manage many tasks simultaneously, interface with people from different cultures and countries (cultural sensitivity) and negotiate with stakeholders with diplomacy; good analytical skills, communication and presentation skills
IT tools: MS Office
Languages: fluent English (both oral and written)
