Sanofi Group Promotional Programs Ops Manager, Bridgewater, NJ in Bridgewater, New Jersey
This position will work in partnership with the Promotional Programs Group (PPG) team, vendors, and other internal organizations (sales/marketing, compliance etc.) to focus on tactical, process, and system requirements to support the Marketing Brand Teams and Field Force in achieving the Promotional Speaker Program and Display & Exhibit Goals
Responsible for the day to day management of the Promotional Program System (AHM PFX)
Manage the process of system upgrades/enhancements, including:
Management of project timelines and budget as per project plan
Communicate business and technical requirements to 3rd party vendors and internal IS teams
Lead the requirements gathering sessions with business units and other key stakeholders.
Lead internal projects with Data Management and Information System teams to ensure communication and implementation of requirements to downstream systems.
Review test systems and prototypes to ensure that desired result is achieved by the system.
Partner with the PPG colleagues to identify creative and compliant ways to meet current and future business opportunities and solutions for the changing business needs.
Partner with PPG colleagues to ensure system readiness for new product launches
AdHoc Reporting utilizing QlikSense, Excel, etc.
Provide Compliance and Monitoring Reporting as necessary
Performs related duties as requested with minimal oversight.
Accountable to deliver high quality Promotional Program application
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
A minimum of 6 years of Operational/Sales Support Experience, Pharmaceutical preferred.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or universityPrior experience supporting AHM PFX desired.Prior experience with Transparency or CMS reporting required
