Portfolio Lead, Personal Care
Are you ready to take four leading classic brands to the next level? We are looking for a passionate brand builder and business leader to continue the momentum on one of largest categories in Sanofi Consumer Healthcare, Personal Care. This role reports to the Category Head and General Manager of Personal Care, and is responsible for the day-to-day business management and strategic planning of the $500M+ Personal Care Portfolio, including Gold Bond Skincare, Cortizone-10 Anti-Itch cream, ACT oral care, and Selsun Blue medicated hair care.
Strategic leadership for brand, ensuring aligned Where to Play and How to Win choices based on deep consumer insight and data analysis to drive sustainable sales growth and profitability in line with the Global Category Strategy.
Strong partnering with cross-functional and agency partners. Requires frequent communication and collaboration.
Create integrated consumer campaigns including precision marketing based on consumer journey and marketing mix analysis that connect with right consumer, at right moment, through the right channel, with the right message.
Key Liaison for Global import and export of Personal Care
Strategic lead for Personal Care Sustainability Implementation
Oversee P&L management, forecasting, and inventory planning, ensuring solid sales forecasts are in place for Personal Care.
Management of brand architecture and caretaker of brand equity in line with the Global Brand Definition (where applicable).
Work with Pipeline Strategy Lead to ensure alignment of innovation roadmap with the brand strategy.
Effective developer and coach of 5 direct reports.
A key stakeholder and influence to a broader Personal Care cross-functional team and the external organization, Personal Care Products Council.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Post-bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (e.g., Masters, MBA or equivalent)- Area of specialization: MBA (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 10-12 years of consumer-packaged goods experience. Relevant experience in brand marketing for OTC or HBA a plus.
