The Associate Brand Manager – Innovation, role presents an exciting opportunity to assist in helping our iconic Brands, including Gold Bond, Cortizone-10, ACT Oral Care and Selsun Blue develop an innovation agenda to drive significant growth and leadership across these key categories.

Job Summary: PERSONAL CARE Associate Brand Manager - Innovation

  • Assist in strategic leadership for the Personal Care portfolio of brands, ensuring aligned Where to Play and How to Win choices based on deep consumer insight and data analysis to drive sustainable sales growth and profitability in line with the CHC Strategy

  • Support Pipeline team in uncovering new need states and consumer insights and develop new ideas to drive incremental, profitable growth across the Personal Care portfolio

  • Liaise with Medical, Legal and Regulatory teams to ensure timely and efficient review and alignment on new product positioning, claims and on pack communications

  • Assist in the execution of all key commercial deliverables for innovation launch, including claims, pack design, P&L management and the retailer sell in story

  • Support new product launch readiness, through strong communication and close collaboration with the cross-functional team

  • Own new item forecasting, tracking and reporting

  • Collaborate with Portfolio team to ensure alignment of innovation roadmap with the brand strategy and support portfolio optimization

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university. MBA or equivalent preferred.

  • 3-5 years work experience, including 1-3 years experience in brand marketing, especially in OTC or FMCG.

  • Experience with syndicated databases and ability to draw out product, category and competitive insights, with respect to making positioning/assortment/ pricing / distribution decisions

  • Cooperate transversally: collaboration and influence skills up-down-across organizations and cultures/geographies

  • Leadership – skills to envision, engage, enable, and execute
