Sanofi Group Marketing Operations Specialist in Bridgewater, New Jersey

Position Overview: Marketing Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage marketing materials creative and graphic production requests (initiate and oversee/manage projects).

  • Coordinate in-store display production needs with Trade Marketing, Sales, Art Department and Manufacturing ensuring timely, high quality and cost efficient displays are available.

  • Ensure proper paperwork and forms are completed and submitted as required to initiate projects, including procurement and supply chain requests.

  • Analyze brand(s) performance using multiple data sources including Nielsen and customer point-of-sale data.

  • Track brand(s) spending versus forecast at month end to ensure spending aligns with expected expenses.

  • Review and verify invoices for correct dollar amounts and account codes. Review tracking with brand manager(s) at close of each month.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.

  • 1 – 3 years of experience.

  • Project management skills and experience.
