Sanofi Group Manager/Sr Manager, Strategy and Analytics Reporting in Bridgewater, New Jersey

Create self-service tools to support the reporting needs of USMA Account Management team and Strategic Pricing & Contracting team.

  • Develop customized Qlik Sense dashboards to support the secureness and delivery of profitable access.

  • Develop key payer metrics in reports and monitor payer performance and trends, identify opportunities and solutions to drive GTN.

  • Build standard KPI’s across GBUs. And standardize market access dashboards in QlikView/Qlik Sense across Sanofi portfolio.

  • Provide tracking and intelligence reporting to help ensure the Business Units strive to accomplish budget targets.

  • Apply anomaly detection with R for Qlik Sense reporting to proactively identify plans with unusual behavior.

  • Explore Automation Robotics to the existing reports and future projects.

  • Act as the key facilitator for reporting, helping the organization to learn, understand, adjust and grow the self-service reporting model.

  • Work closely with business users to identify their reporting needs and gather user requirements.

  • Manage users’ expectations, and lead a team of consultants to develop and deliver the reports on time, and provide user training through web-ex or in-person training.

  • Familiar with third-party (IQVIA, MMIT) data and contracted data to provide guidance to the users and consultants

  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and special projects as requested.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.

  • Strong project management skills, strong team player and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent analytical skills including the management of Pharmaceutical third party and contracted data.

  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills to deliver effective communications/presentations.

  • Self-starter with problem solving skills.

  • Hands-on experience with SAS, SQL, R, or Python.

  • Proficiency in QlikView/Qlik Sense, Excel. TM1/Cognos experience preferred.

  • Working knowledge of the US healthcare system and reimbursement environment.

  • Passionate, high energy and results-oriented.
