Sanofi Group ITS Expert, PV Case Management System in Bridgewater, New Jersey
ITS Global Pharmacovigilance (GPV) is looking for an IT Expert in the Pharmacovilance area. The ITS PV Expert will be a member of the ITS GPV team under the Safety Case Management & Analytics Service Line. The ITS PV Expert will be the reference point for solutions in the critical Case Management and Analytics domain in Pharmacovigilance.
She/he will act as a counsellor/advisor for critical and complex problems in the Case Management area, recommending solutions and ensuring their implementation following all standards applicable to GxP critical systems
The ITS PV Expert will be involved in workgroups involving peers from external companies, on the watch for new Health Authority regulations regarding Case Management, and propose how they are implemented in Sanofi, respecting applicable compliance deadlines
She/he will contribute actively to ITS operational excellence and performance management, to ensure best outcome for GPV
She/he will ensure continuous improvements to processes, with a focus on constantly improving solutions, business satisfaction, and efficiency
She/he will lead, coordinate, and collaborate with vendors to execute operational activities
She/he will support Sanofi during audits and inspections
She/he will ensure GxP procedures are followed and Knowledge is documented
This role provides an opportunity to work in an international environment, as part of a dynamic team, fully empowered to propose and implement innovative ideas. This role will also provide the ITS PV Expert with hands-on experience on collaborating with diverse vendors and major internal & external stakeholders.
Formal Education and Skills Required:
University/College degree in a scientific or IT discipline
10 years IT experience leading to very good overall IT background (Technology, Security, Quality)
Experience in Pharmacovigilance area
Autonomous, rigorous, ability to multitask
Team player, capacity to collaborate transversally in a fast-paced environment and multicultural international setting
Transparent, excellent written and verbal communication in English
Ability to summarize issues and find paths forward
Preferred Qualifications: ITS will provides necessary upskilling for final candidate
Business driven and customer focused; able to create a trustful partnership
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to prioritize, estimate, plan & deliver
Experience in GxP processes
Oracle ARGUS knowledge
Strong interest in emerging technologies
