The Digital Commerce Omni Channel Sales Functional and Technical Expert works in a worldwide team accountable for the definition, design, evolution, delivery, and ongoing operation of the products and services supporting field colleagues related to commercial and scientific activities. This includes the CRM, Events, Transparency, and other supporting commercial applications as part of the overall technology ecosystem including sales force excellence, customer engagement, and field medical affairs.
In the Technical Expert role, she/he drives the continuous improvement cycles of the Integration layer to meet, maintain, increase service recipient satisfaction in alignment with the Omnichannel Sales digital strategy. The role has an accountability for the technology architecture supporting these product areas to ensure effective technology selections and implementations aligned with Sanofi’s Digital strategies.
Drive strategy and road map exercises, architecture definition, product selection, application, and integration design
Participate and provide technical leadership in all phases of a project from discovery and planning through implementation and delivery
Integrate new software solutions with existing systems
Perform regular status reviews of problems/issues.
Participate in the development or refinement of proactive services and/or data repositories.
Monitor the quality of service delivered to consumers of the service according to the agreed SLAs.
To have agile mindset and agile way of thinking and designing
To understand implementation done with all technologies already put in place.
To master the IICS objects and implementation
To design/build an API in front of the data storage layer.
To innovate with the technology used: doing/designing generic implementation instead of multiplying dataflow for changing one thing or for improving the system point of view performance of loading.
To design starting by business processes and considering project and maintenance constraints.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
Fluent in English
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in Integration Architecture, systems integration, integration solutions
Experience in common system integration methods and technologies including IICS (Informatica Cloud - Data Integration with connector Rest v2, databases, S3), Postgres & Aurora MySQL databases, Salesforce (storage/API), S3 buckets + lambda function in python, Shell scripts
Good knowledge in CRM and Events processes including sales force automation, customer engagement, and medical affairs in Pharma industry
Experience with implementation and integration of CRM technologies including Salesforce.com, Veeva, and IQVIA
Expertise in comparing integration approaches and assessing their relative strengths and limitations in terms of meeting business goals
Able to work in a global environment including the ability to maintain global relationships and understand different business models
Curiosity and appetite for data
Applied use of Agile methodology
Strong understanding and experience in agile techniques
