Sanofi Group Director, Access Analytics in Bridgewater, New Jersey
Contract Analytics Director will lead a team to provide insight-driven modeling and recommendations for the Strategic Pricing and Contracting team within the US Market Access function. This position will work closely with the Strategic Pricing, Contract Development, Account Management, Finance, Business Intelligence, Data Management, Marketing and Channel Strategy teams.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the development of bottoms up models for in-line and new product launches based on secondary and contract data
Manage the support of Gross to Net modeling for in-line and new product launches and assists in achievement of financial goals.
Manage the Gross-to-Net bottoms up budgeting and forecasting process for your respective therapeutic area with strong collaboration with Finance and USMA leadership.
Identify and communicate the demand and rebate risks to the business leadership and quantify and communicate the results.
Manage or support appropriate market access research and analytic projects to guide market access and pricing decisions
Manage the deployment of key performance indicators and the development and delivery of dashboards and reports
Collaborate with other groups in strategic pricing and contracting along with other functions within USMA and outside including account management, channel strategy, market research, legal, forecasting, finance
Leverage current system and data assets and participate in identifying potential additional needs
Portfolio impact assessments of shifts in business environment and/or public policy and legislation.
Ad-hoc analyses and special projects as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
BA or BS Degree (mathematics based preferred, e.g. Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering)
10+ Years Pharmaceutical experience with emphasis in financial modeling, market access analysis preferred
Knowledge of pharmaceutical market access customers and channels
Strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver effective, confident, results-oriented communications and presentations
Excellent analytical skills including understanding and management of secondary and contract data
Working knowledge of the US healthcare system and reimbursement environment
Detail oriented, exceptional organizational skills and auditable accuracy in work product
Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and project teams
Advanced ability in using common analytical and communications tool i.e. Powerpoint, Excel, Access
Proficiency in TM1, Cognos, forecasting applications (e.g. Forecast Pro or ForecastX) preferred
Ability to travel to key meetings and conventions and to meet with matrix partners in Cambridge MA and Bridgewater NJ as needed
PREFERRED:
MBA or math/analytic based MS/MA preferred
Prior Management, Supervisory or analytic team leadership experience a plus
