The Digital Quality Expert – Infrastructure is a key role in the Quality Operation team dedicated to Infrastructure and specifically for Cloud services. The Quality Expert is the preferred point of contact for Quality and Compliance areas.

This position covers a diverse scope with Digital Technology critical services both on-premises and Cloud in an international ecosystem with high performance and compliance stakes. Stakeholders are global teams which gives high visibility for this role into Digital Technology teams and leadership.
This role provides an opportunity to work in an international environment, into a dynamic team, fully empowered to propose and implement innovative ideas. This role will also provide the Quality Expert with hands-on experience on collaborating with diverse experts and vendors (AWS, Azure).
Acts as a quality and compliance counsellor/advisor all along the life cycle (plan, design, build, run) of solutions belonging to his/her domain of expertise
Acts as Quality and/or Compliance enforcement Authority for his/her domain
Support Sanofi for audits and inspections involving computerized systems
Contributes actively to Digital Technology operational excellence:
Identify and implement simplification and automation opportunities of quality processes while ensuring compliance
Facilitating risk management
Conducting/contributing to Problem root causes analysis management.
Contributing to implementation of sustainable action plans
Formal Education and Skills
Bachelor's degree in computing, computer science or related scientific or technical discipline
3+ years in a global, cross-functional, multi-national environment
Good understanding of technology risks and system controls
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Presentation and organizational skills, interpersonal skills to ensure efficient relationship with all stakeholders
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a worldwide, multi-cultural, multidisciplinary environment
Technical knowledge around new technologies and Cloud solution (e.g. infrastructure as a code)
Good understanding or experience in Project management (Waterfall, Agile & DevOps) and application development lifecycle
Experience in Computerized Systems compliance in regulated environments (GxP and SoX) within the Pharmaceutical/ biotechnology industry
Digital will provide necessary upskilling for final candidate
