Sanofi Group Associate Director, Transfer Pricing in Bridgewater, New Jersey
This role supports the Head of US Transfer Pricing Senior Director.
This role is closely aligned and integrated with the Global Transfer Pricing team (under Global Transfer Pricing Head) based in France to develop and manage global transfer pricing policies, operational transfer pricing, documentation, and compliance in accordance with tax laws and regulations.
This position will work with the Global and Corporate tax team on Advance Pricing Agreements and MAP processes.
This position will manage significant aspects of Transfer pricing Audits in US and provide technical support to Canadian team on all aspects of transfer pricing.
This position involves working closely with Tax Planning personnel and non-tax business personnel on business policies or issues with transfer pricing implications.
The Transfer Pricing Associate Director will ensure that intercompany price establishment, intercompany price changes, legal entity profitability adjustments, documentation and controversy support are coordinated to deliver established policy objectives.
Participate in analysis of current and future transfer pricing strategies to help mitigate risk, optimize efficiency, and facilitate future business operations.
Specific responsibility for several transfer pricing studies - transfer pricing documentation.
Monitor compliance with transfer pricing policies and advise on adjustments that may be required.
Support Finance, Operations, and IT in transfer pricing policy implementation in systems and business processes.
Assist and Interface with Tax Accounting on interim and annual tax provision and reporting matters.
Conduct detailed financial and economic analyses and advise on intercompany transactions (structure and pricing).
In conjunction with Global team establish and manage global expense allocation and recharge model and process.
Assist in the ongoing education of appropriate personnel in Finance and businesses regarding Transfer Pricing requirements and risks.
Maintain awareness of changes to the legal and technical environment surrounding the Transfer Pricing function.
