Job title: Associate Director, Health Innovation, Market Access

KEY DIMENSIONS OF THE ROLE: SCOPE & SCALE

We are actively seeking for an accomplished leader to drive priority health innovation projects in the market access space. They will be leading customer engagement framework build, activation, and rollout. Overseeing all facets of the platform configuration, customization, and stakeholder collaboration. This role will report into Sr Director Health Innovation, Market Access

Project Leadership : Manage projects within a major corporate transformation initiative within the health innovation space.

Targeting & Data Model Understanding : Demonstrate a comprehensive grasp of the target segmentation and data models to effectively define business requirements, implementing tailored solutions.

Collaboration and Coordination : Collaborate closely with Value and Access and Field Account teams for streamlined asset onboarding and establishing customer journey framework. Partner with digital and business support functions

Support and Training : Collaborate to facilitate training and change management initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption of digital and innovation projects.

CRM Expertise : Leverage and build knowledge of Veeva CRM, spanning across business rule documents and workflows etc. to tailor the platform to market access project specifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Play an instrumental role in building a customer-centric ecosystem across several innovation projects.

  • Evaluate existing and new digital, AI solutions & identify areas for improvement and partnership opportunities.

  • Create project plans, schedules, and charters with core team members.

  • Interact with stakeholders and operational managers to ensure that the solution-design oriented approach is incorporated that achieve business objectives.

  • Take charge of the key SCMA projects, including the customer engagement roll out, prioritizing and driving forward for successful activation.

  • Establish workstreams and define roles and responsibilities, communication, and governance.

  • Closely monitor innovation partnering projects to ensure that impediments are resolved, plans are acted upon, and the schedule stays on track.

  • Work with vendors to ensure they are delivering to budget, schedule, and quality while ensuring that the vendors have the necessary information and support needed to perform their work efficiently.

  • Lead and support testing efforts associated with the systems involved in the digital and AI landscape.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on involvement with market access and/or experience in the life sciences/pharmaceutical sector.

  • Proven track record in managing projects from initiation to conclusion.

  • Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities are paramount.

  • In-depth understanding of digital, omnichannel engagement landscape, encompassing configuration, customization, and integration to activate campaigns.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, adept at fostering collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a meticulous eye for detail.

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, biology, chemistry, pharmacology, or related life sciences; advanced degree is highly desirable.

  • Nice-to-Have: Experience with any of the following: Health Tech Veeva, Salesforce, GenAI, Marketing Clouds

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Digital Trade Strategy & Channel Management

Travel: Approximately 20%
