Sanofi Group Senior Sales Analyst, CVS Health - CHC in Boston, Massachusetts

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sanofi Senior Sales Analyst, CVS Health, supports the Team Leader / NAMs and works across all the sales support functions to provide insightful direction for the business. This role supports the team by providing actionable insights by gathering, analyzing and reporting related data to help drive sales growth. This position works across the Sanofi CVS Health team to help Sanofi drive value for our brands, categories and the customer.

The Senior Sales Analyst, CVS Health has the following objectives:

  • Provides analytical support across the Sanofi CHC portfolio

  • Leverages multiple internal and external data sources and analytical models to deliver recommendations to key stakeholders

  • Performs financial, forecasting, sales analytics in support of business objectives

  • Prepares and submits any special reports, analysis, or presentations, as may be requested

  • Develops and maintains weekly/monthly reports

  • Leverages data visualization and analytic tools to build insights

  • Complies with all company policies, instructions, and directions for the fulfillment of company objectives and to maximize profits from sales

Qual i fic a tio n s

  • B.A. / B.S. degree required; degree in Business or Information Systems preferred

Exper i en c e

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience, CPG industry experience preferred

  • Field/Customer experience preferred

  • Nielsen (or IRI) and CVS Extracare preferred

Skills/Knowledge

  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience

  • A demonstrated track-record for delivering results, developing capabilities, exceeding goals and is recognized as an expert in delivering breakthrough and innovative solutions

  • Eager to improve oneself, the immediate team, and the greater community

  • Extremely organized, dependable and self-motivated with the ability to leverage planning tools in a fast-paced environment

  • Utilizes effective, professional communications to cultivate strong working relationships with both internal and external colleagues; displays flexibility in your approach to people and situation
