Main responsibilities 职责描述:


  • Ensure the right level of benchmarking (POBOS or otherwise) to set the site vision in term of performance

  • Follow execution of perf plan at site level (governance definition / tracking, coordination, prioritization, challenge, roadblock & risk management). Provide leadership and coaching to ensure that Site Performance boosters deliver well defined and quantified outcomes

  • Put in place and/or sustain performance Governance and Fundamentals. Lead the scorecard process & be the SPOC for Digital Cockpit

  • Coordinates & validate ROI / performance approach of all digital projects

  • Orchestrate the local deployment of Global / Platform / Division performance initiatives

  • Support identification of performance & improvement initiatives on the shopfloor with operational team

  • Follow execution of perf plan at APU/function level (tracking, coordination, prioritization, challenge, mitigation plan)

  • Ensure alignment of +QDCI & scorecard with the defined target

  • Promote a performance & data driven mindset on the shopfloor

  • Ensure connectivity of performance related processes and systems: Performance Plan, 3P

  • Ensure methodical approach of capacity measurement within site APU / department

  • Assist in cascading strategies through local teams to support Site goals and objectives: support operational team for planning & KPI definition, support to launch and follow projects according to defined standards

  • Support business for capacity utilization optimization


  • Assist managers and key members of staff to lead and work effectively in a lean environment fostering commitment and driving sustainable continuous improvement in the organization

  • Deploy & update SMS standards according to needs of the operational teams

  • Ensure process confirmation of SMS standards (planning, owner, follow up, prioritization)

  • Drive the change of mindset related to continuous improvement & learning organization

  • Ensure upskilling of people related to SMS standards, methods as trainers (training) --> contribution to SMS network

  • Keep track and stay informed about new standards / methods / approach. Contribute to standard definition

  • Support best practice sharing cross-sites

  • Provide deep problem-solving expertise across a range of business topics

  • Be able to lead booster (booster leader role as in fit4) and digital product roll out (digital booster leader role) and capture operational impact when it is needing by the organization (transformation skills)

  • Ensure inclusion of the effective use of Digital to transform site operations (continuous learning / gemba process confirmation / lessons learned)

About you 任职资格:

  • Experience:


  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry

  • 5+ years in operational roles

  • Expert in Lean Manufacturing

  • Good functional knowledge on business processes

  • Understand IA finance P&L monitoring, BOI, GM, COGs, cash flow,…

  • Excellence on data analysis with power BI, etc.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution

  • Soft skills:


  • Good communication skills

  • Able to lead / animate networks, teams, experts

  • High level of autonomy

  • Technical skills


  • Good knowledge of plant operations & performance management

  • Structured approach & data driven, analytical & synthesis skills

  • Good understanding of data management and IA digital products

  • Good knowledge in lean manufacturing

  • Performance management and transformation skills

  • Education:


  • Master’s degree in Life Sciences or Engineering

  • Languages:


  • Fluent English spoken and written compulsory, local language fluency may be compulsory
