As Regional Customer Lead /Area Manager within our Team, you’ll own the strategy of the designated customers (Pharmacies & wholesalers), from strategy to execution taking into account: people, commercial policy implementation, future channel development & overall return. Main Responsibilities

  • The role involves overseeing independent pharmacist team performance and managing assigned wholesalers accounts. This includes planning promotional activities aligned with Trade and Shopper marketing strategies for brands and collaborating with trade marketing on category management projects to optimize display, distribution, promotion, and detailing plan execution. The focus is on both strategic vision (30%) and operational excellence (70%).

  • Analyze market developments and formulate appropriate proposals to develop growth opportunities, including customer specific activities where appropriate. Assess market activity/trends at point of purchase in order to identify new strategic opportunities.

  • Setting up & Tracking the channel targets (according to the budget assumptions).

  • Monitor & drive the daily, monthly, quarterly and annual achievement of strategic objectives.

  • Management & maintenance of Field related tools (CRM – Detailing App – Training app etc).

  • Key Account Management: for the assigned key accounts need to ensure excellence in execution. KAM Master plan (identifying priorities by month/promotional cycle). Drive and execute commercial plan in the assigned wholesaler’s.

  • People Management: lead, coach and motivate a sales team to high performance (pharmacy sales reps)

About you


  • Extensive OTC/FMCG experience. Knowledge of the local retail healthcare market is a plus.

  • Key account management and/or team leadership.

Soft and technical Skills:

  • Leadership skills. Strong knowledge of strategic selling & customer relationship management skills.

  • Strategy: anticipate problems and propose solutions, have a holistic vision both internally and externally, be able to manage the short, medium and long term through information analysis.

  • Communication: representative in the LT, ability to influence, use of digital communication tools.


  • University Degree and Master.


  • Excellence in spoken & written language in Spanish and good understanding of the English language, written & spoken is mandatory.
