Sanofi Group FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS in Allston, Massachusetts
The Financial Planning & Analysis role drives the managerial reporting of the overall financial operational performance at Allston. They ensure compliance with Group and Industrial Affairs reporting guidelines and procedures. They act as backup to Cash controller as required.
Financial Planning & Analysis: Business Plan, Budget, Forecasts, Actuals
Animate, Coordinate and Organize timelines and key milestones
Follow up targets during the budget and LRP/Strat Plan process.
Analyze variances and explain actual results versus Business plan, Forecast etc. every month
Explore and actively participate on formulation initiatives to realize the Site Vision
Carry out the actions to realize the agreed strategy
Development & designing of tools, systems & methods
Develop and design tools, system and methods to improve analysis and ways of working.
Support implementation of Group new tools (E-Buy, MyTravel, SHIFT, TM1 ) and training
Master data management
Prepare & update analytical structure (cost centers, CFN structure etc.)
Address cost & legal topics with Accounting, SBS teams.
Internal Controls, Audits & Liaison
Adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, laws and regulations
Report deviations in Internal Control to management in accordance with process owners
Support the implementation of action plans
Cash Controller backup
Ad-hoc requests, projects as defined by manager
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
2 to 5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling and/or Planning and Analysis
Technical skills & Competencies / Language
Knowledge of Financial systems
